Accessibility

Neighborhood

This is a historic neighborhood smack dab in the middle of Bend. There are multimillion dollar homes, as well as ones that haven't changed since they were built in the '20s. Nearby First Street Rapids Park has a variety of picnic areas and river access.

Guest Access

There is a private stairway entrance from the backyard where you can come and go at any hour. You'll have access to a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig machine, ample counter space, picnic supplies, etc.), and a private bathroom.

Good to know

This is a second-story 'mother-in-law' suite that was built as an addition in the 90's. It is fully self-contained, including a separate exterior entrance. It is attached to the main body of the house via an interior staircase which has two locking doors at the top and bottom of the staircase.

Other Details to Note

Please note that because the room is attached to our main home separated by a stairway, there are some normal household noises that will come into the room. We aren't a loud family, but if you are expecting total silence, you might want to look for another option.

The area was gorgeous and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, especially when there was a hiccup with the readiness of the unit I reserved, Ryan had several solutions to make sure I'd have an excellent stay. I only stayed for one night but I would gladly come again when in the area!

It looks even better in person! We felt very safe and comfortable here. Ryan recommended some nice places to eat and had some wonderful beta about the skiing in the area. We are stoked to come back!

Location

Sorry we're unable to show you the location for this property

Bend is certainly not known for it's public transportation, but fortunately there is ample street parking due to a vacant lot next to our home. There is also parking in front of our home.
