Very pleased with our stay! Ryan and Katie were both so kind and helpful with everything involved with our stay and check-in/check-out process. House was perfect and accommodating! Sauna was a plus! Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The house is WONDERFUL! And I mean that word! I ended up throwing a pillow in the rocket ship and taking a nap! Got to relive some childhood pillow-fort memories! Neighborhood is beautiful! If you don't mind that Cascadia mist (which I don't mind at all), it's a great peaceful walk.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was the best AirBnB experience I have had. The place itself was charming. The kitchen, fully stocked. The attention to detail, like none other. The willingness to accommodate, above and beyond. My wife and I have marked it as a favorite with every intention of staying there again. Superhost+

Great place to stay in a great location for accessing what Bend has to offer. Just a minute walk away from the river trail but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Everyone in our group loved Ryan & Katie's place. They kept commenting that this place has everything. Best stocked airbnb ever. My group kept thanking me for picking such a wonderful place. Hope to stay there again....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan and Katie’s. The house is beautiful and full of charm. It’s comfortable and welcoming with space for everyone and sweet nooks to retreat for some quiet time. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed plus some thoughtful extras. A sweet spot in the city that’s close to everything yet peaceful quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place for a short stay, and I wish I could have stayed longer! Awesome, chic decor with lots of light coming in and the option for being super private with the closed blinds and location too, plus deer right on the property next door! I felt super safe, supported by the hosts, and it's right near the Deschutes River trail to go for a run/walk right from the home.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Katie’s place. They were accommodating and responsive hosts. The view was stunning, the place was clean, peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and restorative getaway. We would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Ryan and Katie's! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful amenities throughout like makeup wipes, an emergency tooth brush, a charging station, a white noise machine, and even a picnic basket. Their physical guidebook was fantastic- so many great food, coffee, and activity recommendations. We loved how walkable this location was - it's right off of the Deschutes River Trail so we could walk 10 minutes to downtown or enjoy a stroll along the river. This was a topnotch stay and we hope to be back soon!
