The Midtown neighborhood has a unique blend of urban convenience along with a with a rich history and a distinct character. Recent wave of real estate developments has managed to preserve the charming vibe. This home is uniquely located at near the base of Pilot Butte which affords easy access to a walk or drive that pays off with 360 degree views of the town and surrounding mountains. Unlike the more modern neighborhoods that have sprung up, Midtown holds onto a sense of timelessness, with historic homes, larger lots and a very cozy atmosphere.
Guest Access
The entire apartment as well as the hot tub are available for guest use. The spiral staircase is not for guest use unless you are also renting the top/basement levels.

This home is chock full of wonderful details, including 100% cotton sheets, silk eye masks and white noise machines for deep sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality pots and pans and plenty of unique glassware and dishware. The middle bedroom has a nice queen sofa bed.
Other Details to Note
Please note that the there is some potential for noise from the road and from the suites above and below. It is possible to hear muted footsteps from above. EV charging is available in the parking area, with a Level 2 ChargePoint charger.

Centrally located and extremely convenient access to Hwy 20 (one block away). Walk/Bike access to food trucks, bowling and other urban gems. Backporch coffee on Greenwood is 2 minute drive towards downtown. Costco and Whole Foods is a 4 minute drive towards the east. Located at the base of Pilot Butte, cross hwy 20 to find yourself on this popular cinder cone trail (1.8 mi round trip).
