We were so grateful to have Ryan’s space to use while we gathered for our dad’s memorial. A lot of us were coming from out of town and it was great to have a clean home to meet at as our family bonded through that time. Plus he was really communicative and super easy to connect with!

Couldn’t be happier with Ryan’s place! It was the perfect house for our group…spacious, clean, well stocked, safe, and in a great neighborhood/location. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Bend. Ryan is a wonderful host.

This place was a great stay, and had enough rooms for our party of 6! Ryan was communicating with us right from the start! He made sure the place was cooled down before we got there after a long hot day, had a binder with everything we needed from basic needs to recommendations for things to do or eat. The location is nice and peaceful, with many places to refuel and explore nearby. Ryan was an amazing host and would fully recommend any place Ryan provides. Me and my buddies loved it, and so will you. Thanks Ryan!

Really enjoyed our time at Ryan’s listening. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, the beds had soft linens and great pillows, the bathrooms were clean and well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table, and my son used the playroom to set up his gaming console (teenagers 😂). The location of the home is east side of Bend, but we were able to get to everywhere within 15 minutes give or take. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Also very close to a Whole Foods and Safeway. Ryan’s communication was on point, and he checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone with large groups, especially with children (or teenagers). Thanks so much again Ryan for a great visit!
