Really enjoyed our time at Ryan’s listening. The house was clean, the furniture was comfortable, the beds had soft linens and great pillows, the bathrooms were clean and well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table, and my son used the playroom to set up his gaming console (teenagers 😂). The location of the home is east side of Bend, but we were able to get to everywhere within 15 minutes give or take. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Also very close to a Whole Foods and Safeway. Ryan’s communication was on point, and he checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone with large groups, especially with children (or teenagers). Thanks so much again Ryan for a great visit!

This is a great place to stay. The home is spacious with a large table for eating and playing games, a large master bedroom downstairs with plenty of shelving in the bathroom for unpacking so we didn't have to pull our things in and out of a suitcase, a huge bonus room upstairs, to name a few ways. The swing and chairs in the covered front porch and the table and chairs in the back yard add places to relax in the mornings and evenings. We were able to park the rental vehicle in the garage, which was a plus. The pool table was a hit with everyone from the grandparents to the grandkids. (We used the small sticks when taking shots by the window.) Ryan communicated clearly and without expecting an immediate response, knowing that people who are traveling and on vacation may be operating in a different time zone physically or be busy with family and tourist activities. I highly recommend this home and this host.
