Such a wonderful stay. This is my second time staying here as an overnighter when driving for Montana and I can’t wait to stay for a longer trip. It’s perfect.

With a breath-taking view of Smith Rock, Ryan and Katie have cultivated a wonderous rental property. Stylish design, thoughtful touches and well-appointed comforts create an aura of relaxation and tranquility. The steam shower is divine and the kitchen may be the best stocked Airbnb I've stayed at. The welcome book is expansive throughout and provides a tremendous volume of information about the rental and surrounding area highlights. Communication is excellent and the rental was extremely clean. I cannot recommend this property enough and can't wait to experience it again.

We had a great stay! The house was lovely with a very convenient layout for our family. We enjoyed walking to parks, breweries, downtown, and old mill. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed while taking a nearby 3-day class. After a hard dusty day, it was a treat to haev a nice hot shower, hot tub, abd big comfy bed. We used tye kitchen for breakfast and it had everything we needed - even stocked with real coffee that I had forgotten. It's across the street from the butte trails which provided a few good workouts. Hosts provided clear directions and quick responses. We'll be back here for sure.

What a wonderful neighborhood. Very cozy with lots of room! Lovely lighting everywhere, sets the mood. Restful home and lovely sitting area in the backyard. Everything you need plus! What a lovely home.

Neighborhood felt secluded and was quiet, peaceful to the point of feeling nestled in nature. Everything in the house felt brand new from the furniture to the appliances, the bed and couch both supremely comfortable, the A/C instantly responsive, the hot tub clean and ready and waiting. Check-in directions were clear and Ryan was always only a text away. Bend has felt a bit sprawling on recent visits but this home seemed tucked into the "old" Bend we remember and love, while still being only a few minutes' drive from anywhere you'd want to go. Also lots of walking trails right there, so no need to drive if you're just looking to decompress outside. Booked this house based on the high scores from others, giving it the highest score ourselves.

Ryan & Katie’s house is a model for quality…the location is fantastic for accessing Bend’s downtown on foot, with myriad options for food, drinks and coffee within a few minutes of stepping outside. Walking the Deschutes River Trail each evening on the way home after dinner, and watching the geese and ducks shepherding their young ‘uns along the shoreline was an event we came to look forward to, and made for a pleasant way to unwind after active days spent hiking and cycling nearby to town. The house itself was great, we couldn’t have asked for more…beautifully renovated, and with the owners’ attention to detail apparent throughout, from the artwork, to the variety of coffee machines, comfortable furniture and easy to follow instructions for making best use of the house and suggestions for enjoying the surrounding area. All communications were handled promptly and in a friendly manner, and when we closed the door for the last time on our stay, it felt like we were leaving home.

The Grove is simply amazing! We have stayed in A LOT of short term rentals both nationally and internationally, and The Grove ranks in our top 5. Everything about this unit is carefully thought through, and the relaxing forest decor is spot on, complete with a few fun findings. Nicole and Ryan are timely and consistent communicators. The patio is a peaceful and relaxing place to hang out after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay there again when in Bend.

Just like the photos, loved the views out the window and the deck! Minutes from Smith Rock which is what we came for! Ryan and Katie checked in on us the first evening to make sure we were settled, can’t recommend their place enough!
