Me and my husband stayed at Ryan and Katie’s home, such a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very clean. I loved how quick Ryan and Katie were to answer me if I had any questions. Even though we only stayed for one night it was still a wonderful experience, definitely will be returning.

We had an awesome stay at the property. The location is situated 2 blocks from all of the downtown amenities. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. Everything you could imagine or need for your stay was already available and provided by the hosts.
Excellent communications by the hosts before, during and after our stay.
I highly recommend this property and the hosts! We look forward to staying there in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Nordic Nest. The space was clean, comfortable, and accommodated our group of six perfectly. The sauna was a major highlight, especially during the chilly evenings! Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in Redmond for the High School Classics. The house was so warm and inviting. We had lots of space and loved the kitchen. Loved that downtown/stores were easy to get to. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Lovely house and location. It was a perfect space for me and my friends to stay on a skip trip to Mount. Bachelor. The house had plenty of amenities and Ryan and Katie were very communicative.

A very nice and comfortable place in Bend. The unit itself was very quiet, pleasant, and private. Parking was easy, and it was nice to be so close to a park on the river. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Bend.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Incredible amenities extremely well fought out. They thought of everything. Next time we are in Bend, this will be the first place we look for to stay.

This is a great Airbnb! Location was perfect with an easy walk into town along the river. The studio was lovely and spacious. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. I would happily stay here again!

This is a phenomenal place to stay! We cannot wait to return. We personally value walkability and being surrounded by wildlife, and Ryan and Katie's place is both central and quiet. What a rare and much appreciated combination! The home was pristine and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed and even some special extras — we particularly enjoyed spending time in the sauna each night. Ryan and Katie were responsive, accommodating, and flexible with our travel plans. What a gem!

You couldn't ask for a better place with a better view of Smith Rock. Absolutely beautiful views. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and full of great amenities. It was quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to recharge. Ryan and Katie were wonderful. We will definitely return.
