Ryan & Katie’s place was unreal. The view and proximity to Smith Rock was incredible. The location was very private but easy to find. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and thoughtful. It was the perfect stay.

Modern and clean. Everything well thought out and works great! Coffee maker, sauna, fireplace, high speed internet, shower was awesome, beds are super comfy with luxurious linens! All modern comfort without any complex fluff. Super easy to get cozy and relax. Ryan is very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this stay.

Beautiful place with the best amenities from heated bathroom floors to every kind of coffee you could want! Central location and off street parking too. The front and back porch were so cute too! The bed is my favorite type of mattress as well!

Thanks so much! We appreciated the beautiful overall design of your nice space. It couldn’t have been better. We needed a space in Bend for a couple of days while visiting friends. This one is centrally located and yet very quiet and private. Couldn’t have matched the description better!

Absolutely loved our short-stay at this home, wish we could have stayed longer! Exactly as the photos provided in the listing. Was a gorgeous getaway. Ryan & Katie were great to work with and exceptional with communication. Would love to stay here again and recommend to others!

Ryan and Katie’s place was a wonderfully charming getaway with all the amenities you could think of to feel right at home. The living area is spacious and comfortable with the large couch next to the fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if you’re staying in and there a lot of great places to eat a short drive away. I visited with my wife and mother in-law so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. Lastly, the hot tub was amazing! Definitely worth it for a relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood. We left feeling refreshed and only wish we stayed longer.
