Ryan and Katie were fabulous hosts. We traded a few emails and texts both before and during our stay and we heard back from them literally within minutes each time. As for their home, my wife fell in love with the space. Great floor plan and attractive furnishings. My wife especially was impressed with the many high quality kitchen amenities. She said it was the most well stocked not just kitchen, but home we've ever stayed in. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

This was our second time staying here and it was great! We love the area and how close it is to the park and walking paths - great with a toddler! The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is all really comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in! I was honestly very sad to leave. The Sauna was our highlight; clean, well built, relaxing. The home itself was beautifully decorated, it was well stocked in the kitchen, had plenty of extra linens, and had tons of extra extremely thoughtful amenities. The heaters all worked really well, the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet, yet still close to everything in town and Mt. Bachelor. Ryan and Katie are great hosts who provided great recommendations and were very responsive. Everything from check in to check out was extremely smooth and simple. I hope I can have the pleasure to return some day!

We had a great stay at Ryan and Katie’s place in Bend! The place was very spacious for two people and had everything we needed. It was super clean and had many amenities — including coffee, toiletries, and laundry. We loved the place and would definitely come back! We could walk everywhere in downtown Bend and loved that the place had parking so we could drive to Mount Bachelor, Smith Rock, and other sites easily within a 30-40 min drive. Our flight arrived early and they let us check in early for a small fee that was definitely worth it to us so we could get settled. Communication was super easy and they were extremely nice hosts!

Lovely space and comfy bed. Great location right by the river to walk in the morning. Easy to drive everywhere else. They were helpful and responsive. Thanks so much for providing a great experience of Bend!

We loved staying here. Ryan and Katie were very responsive with our questions and helpful with recommendations. We made use of the EV charger so that was great. House was beautiful and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely look here to stay!

Me and my husband stayed at Ryan and Katie’s home, such a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and very clean. I loved how quick Ryan and Katie were to answer me if I had any questions. Even though we only stayed for one night it was still a wonderful experience, definitely will be returning.

We had an awesome stay at the property. The location is situated 2 blocks from all of the downtown amenities. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. Everything you could imagine or need for your stay was already available and provided by the hosts.
Excellent communications by the hosts before, during and after our stay.
I highly recommend this property and the hosts! We look forward to staying there in the future.
