What a great place! I came in late and left early but I wish I had more time to enjoy the space! The bed was so comfortable I don’t think I even moved all night. I would definitely stay again!

The perfect getaway!! Stunning exterior views and a gorgeous interior. The house was well thought out and has everything you need, plus everything you didn’t know you needed (the binoculars!). So peaceful and saw lots of wildlife. Definitely adding this to the list of places we will return to.

We took a girls night and came to Bend. Right when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how big the house is, the pictures don’t do it justice! We also hadn’t realized how central the house is, we walked everywhere and had so much fun at the tavern down the street. 10/10 will be staying here again!

What a beautiful property! We’ve stayed at various places of Ryan and Katie’s over the years, they are such good hosts and things are always clean, welcoming, and well equipped, but this stands out as my personal fave with that gorgeous view! It was only a few minutes to smith rock. I also really enjoyed the pellet stove. Coffee in the morning with sunlight streaming in and a cozy fire going—perfection! Hope to stay here again someday!

Ryan was quick to respond and truly cared and checked that we had everything we needed so we were comfortable. We were able to check in about 15mins after we booked the house. It was wonderful since we had our little one. The house was super clean, bed was comfy and the sauna was an added bonus to relax. Definitely recommend staying here!

Ryan and Katie’s place was beautiful and peaceful and absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We’ve been visiting Bend for years, and their recommendations gave us great new ideas. They were also the most responsive AirBnb hosts we’ve ever had, and super gracious in their messages. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Bend! The location was perfect—close to everything and in a great neighborhood. We especially loved that the house was all on one level, which made it so comfortable and convenient. There’s a beautiful park just a short walk away. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bend!

Our second visit to this lovely studio! super clean, serene place to stay. Great location and near Bends Riverwalk park. Ryan and Katie have included many extras to make their place extra special- coffee, half n half in fridge, lots of kitchen ware which are nice additions they have included for guests. We will be back for sure!
