My son and I stayed at Ryan and Katie’s place for only one night but we wished it had been longer! He and his family are so kind and welcoming and gave us great recommendations on where to go locally for dinner and breakfast. The suite was perfect! Clean, not cluttered but still had charm and soul and felt private. The bed was fantastic and we slept so well. The suite is quiet and full of light. And despite being close to the freeways, the neighborhood was very safe and friendly, with a minimum of noise and traffic. Last, we loved having the river at the end of the street and wish we could have spent more time there. We’ll see you next time in Bend!!

Rented this place for a friends-weekend. We found the accomodations exactly as described. The photos don't do this place justice. There are so many little surprises all throughout the property!
Everything is extremely clearly labeled. The kitchens are set up to actually cook in them. The bathrooms have EVERYTHING you might need. Step-stool for kids? check. Little box of everything you may have forgotten? Got it! There are even silk eye-masks and earplugs in the beside tables. There are books, boardgames, and more!
There are tons of recommendations in the guide book, and don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for Piff the cat!
The owners have put a lot of time and effort into making this place homey, comfortable, and welcoming.

This place perfectly blends timeless vintage decor with modern convenience. My fiancé surprised me with this air bnb and I couldn’t believe my eyes when we first walked in. It’s super close to everything in bend and we even got to watch the sunset at the peak right across the road. We will absolutely be staying here again!

A comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting friends in Bend. Decor was whimsical and fun! Had everything I needed for my stay including a great cooling system (for the heat wave) and the mini kitchen. Enjoyed walking each morning at peaceful Pilot Butte park across the street. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Bend! Ryan's place is cozy, spacious, and in an awesome location. We enjoyed being able to walk along the beautiful riverfront each day. Easy walking distance to downtown as well. Hosts were super friendly and responsive. This was the perfect home base for our Bend adventures, would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a long weekend exploring Bend. Located in a quiet neighbor but easy stroll along the river to old Bend and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy place in a quiet Bend neighborhood.
The house itself stands out for its cozy log cabin aesthetic. It is clean, well appointed , and has lots common of space for a large group. Plenty of room to lounge and engage in activity without being on top of each other, from the loft area to the living room, spacious front porch, and tucked away back patio. Our group reported that the beds were very comfortable, there were ample linens and blankets, and the thermostat worked well.
The hosts are responsive and friendly and make check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend this stay if you want to be in Bend but not necessarily downtown. (If you do want to be downtown it’s like a 12 min drive anyway, so still pretty easy!)

We really enjoyed staying at Ryan's place. As soon as we walked in we felt at home, except a really clean and well appointed home! It was such a nice place to be away for a night and catch a concert. Everything you would need was right there and there is plenty of space for two people to relax. There is a park right down the street you can walk to that is also really nice.
