The French Farmhouse was amazing! Nicolle and Ryan were incredibly communicative, and accommodating. The place was beautiful, quiet, and in a great location close to Bend but still in a neighborhood feel. Highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We definitely will book again! It was a treat to meet hosts:Ryan (early on) who is very responsive & helpful & met Katie before leaving. Conveniently located, very close to River & town, spacious, beautifully furnished studio, nice amenities, especially enjoyed the ambiance of the electric heater. Great recommendations, especially loved having the EV charger. There are steps (very manageable)- Felt like we were in a tree house-beautiful scenery. Meeting Ryan was the 🍒on top. Their studio felt very private, & safe. There are many other pluses to note, this ought to give anyone a “Yes!” To book! If in the area, We look fwd to a future booking! 😀😀

Nicolle And Ryan’s house was large, well kept, comfortable, clean, and a great place for us to rest overnight while passing through town. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and we were a short drive from downtown to get to restaurants. The hot tub made a nice way to unwind at the end of a long day.

What a great fine! Between the unique, fun decor, comfortable hot tub, and thoughtful amenities (like white noise machine and phone chargers in the bedrooms), easy access to downtown/restaurants/trails, I highly recommend this stay.

We loved staying here!! The hosts Ryan and Katie were so kind, responsive, and helpful. The house was easy to find and they kindly left the lights on for us as we were arriving at night. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you’d need! The neighborhood was quiet. All of us slept great in the beds. What stood out to me the most was how well stocked the house was with spices, bathroom amenities, kitchen utensils, etc. Most vacation houses have bare minimum but not this one! Would definitely come back and stay!!

I cannot emphasize enough that these wonderful hosts have thought of EVERYTHING. I have stayed in countless Airbnbs, but they really went the extra mile with such thoughtful details. The property is gorgeous and walkable to all main downtown attractions. The neighborhood is quaint and lively (in the best way). We wanted for nothing. They have leveled up what it means to stay in an Airbnb. We can't wait to be back!

Great little spot for just my wife and I for an extended weekend stay. This place was just a five minute drive to lots of shopping and eating spots in town. The gas fire pit in the front was a peaceful way to relax at the end of the day. And the sauna was an amazing and unique amenity to relax our muscles after a five mile hike we took on one of the county trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Hands down our best of over 30 AirBnB stays due to the home, location, comfort, cleanliness, and Ryan and Katie were no doubt the best hosts we have ever had: friendly, accessible, helpful, but not intrusive. The home was tastefully decorated and had every convenience we could think of. We just retired from Germany and I could have not asked for a better place to help in our transition to Bend. And, the price was very good. Thank you Ryan and Katie and we will see you around the Bend! All the best! Brad and Anne

I absolutely loved The Grove. The decor is so unique and makes you feel like you’re in an enchanted forest. From the local Bend products in the shower to the books in the unit, it really made the Bend experience special. And the location - a 5-minute drive to downtown Bend - is tough to beat. I would definitely highly recommend this place and Ryan/Nicolle are excellent/hospitable hosts. It was a great way to spend Memorial Day weekend and can’t wait to return another time.
