Thanks so much! We appreciated the beautiful overall design of your nice space. It couldn’t have been better. We needed a space in Bend for a couple of days while visiting friends. This one is centrally located and yet very quiet and private. Couldn’t have matched the description better!

Ryan and Katie’s place was a wonderfully charming getaway with all the amenities you could think of to feel right at home. The living area is spacious and comfortable with the large couch next to the fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if you’re staying in and there a lot of great places to eat a short drive away. I visited with my wife and mother in-law so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. Lastly, the hot tub was amazing! Definitely worth it for a relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood. We left feeling refreshed and only wish we stayed longer.

Me and my boyfriend both loved the small town vibe the home gave off. Everything was within walking distance whether it was shopping or restaurants. We also had a concert we went to that we literally just walked to because of how close it was! Both Ryan and Katie were super kind and didn't hesitate to reach out if we needed anything!

Incredible property in an amazing location. Definitely will stay here again if it’s available on our next trip to Bend. Had everything needed and plenty of space for four adults and two small children

Clean, cozy, and cost-effective (not the perfect term but I was going for three C’s) - would certainly stay here again! Enjoyed being a short walk along the river from town and easy base for all the recreation. Katie and Ryan thought of all the little things with this space e.g. a bike lock inside the gate or river towels, and it’s appreciated.

It was incredible. The view was amazing. VERY clean and comfortable. Ryan and Katie were on top of everything, very proactive and quick to respond. We'll definitely be going back soon.

This place is a gem with a unique and fun magic forest theme, with comfy big beds and lots of space. We really enjoyed the patio and hot tub, as well! Highly recommend!

Great little spot just outside downtown and near a local green space. Had a great few days based out of here and wish we had more time to enjoy the inside of the beautiful green vibe place that it was!
