Ryan and Katie’s home was in the perfect spot right by the Deschutes River and just a short walk to downtown Bend. We loved taking morning and evening walks from the house. It’s super cute, really spacious, and had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The master bedroom is bright and airy, and the whole place gets so much natural light. Ryan was awesome! He responded quickly to any questions and made us feel right at home. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more! Perfect place to stay in Bend!

This place was absolutely stunning. The host were very kind and great with instructions. The area was clean and cozy for our stay. We definitely enjoyed the view of Smith Rock, and getting to wake up seeing the sunrise from the comfort our home.

Wow, this home and location are truly magical. The views of Smith Rock are stunning. The house was spotless and beautiful. It has everything you could need plus more. The hosts are great at communicating and made everything easy. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Ryan & Katie’s abode. We travel quite a bit here & abroad & have stayed under many delightful roofs w/character. Let’s just say, as hosts, these 2 have all their ducks in a row!
The neighborhood is calm & lovely, close to the river walk, & centrally located such that Bend’s great coffee shops, brew pubs & restaurants are in close range.
As an artist, I’ve been many places that have all the amenities but the decor felt off or the furniture was uncomfortable. We feel very much at home here. The main area is spacious & private, the nature oriented decor is soothing & the furniture is comfortable, especially the bed. After lovely days of sunshine & outdoor activities & pub crawling, it’s so pleasant to read & crash in such comfortable digs.

Really enjoyed staying at this gem in Bend! Very quiet neighborhood that is just a few steps from a great small park for our kids to play at. The house had everything you would want in it. Would stay here again next time in Bend.

This home was so nice! It was clean, easy to access and find, and the hosts were great! I spent the weekend with my mom and sister who were visiting me, and the vibe was so exactly what my family lives! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay:)
And the hot tub was AMAZING!!!! Loved spending time in it!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Katie's place and enjoyed our trip to Bend. The house is in a wonderful location, easily walkable to downtown bars, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and provided an amazing restaurant recommendation that was the highlight of our meals in Bend. Would highly recommend staying here if you ever take a trip to Bend!

Great place to stay! Has everything that you need (except the stove; we brought our own camping gas stove, and the owner was courteous and set up a table for it on the porch). Very quiet, beautiful surroundings, walking distance to downtown. The owner is very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Ryan and Katie’s place is an absolute gem! Definitely one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at and one of the best spots to stay in for a perfect autumn vibe. Would highly recommend!

Ryan and Katie were wonderful host, they were very accommodating to our needs. We were there visiting a declining family member and our hours in and out of the home were varied. It was very nice to meet them and spend a little time sharing experiences with each other. They are the kindest couple that strive to provide a clean, attractive apartment that is centrally located in a nice quiet area without being in the rush of the city. We will definitely stay with them again when we are in Bend.
