Nothing but amazing things to say about this space! It's one of the few Airbnbs I've stayed in that lives up to its photos. The place was perfectly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. It's the best Airbnb I've stayed in, EVER!

Great little private studio attached to a house in an excellent location. Super clean and comfortable, and perfect for a weekend stay. It’s right by the Deschutes River Trail, which was amazing for running and walking straight from the place, and it’s also walkable to downtown Bend. Quiet, convenient, and a really great spot overall. Would definitely stay here again.

The space at the grove is earthy, sensual, luxurious and whimsical. A very creative aesthetic. The location is great with a nearby trail up pilot butte to watch the sunset or sunrise. I personally enjoy cooking and found the knives to be super sharp and the kitchen to have everything I needed to make meals. The hot tub felt amazing and I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bend.

Oh man, I have non idea where to begin, you guys! This place is straight out of a fairytale. It is the most cozy, magical, unique Airbnb stay I have ever had.
Every last detail of this space is unbelievably beautiful - with every corner covered in convenience.
These hosts were absolutely incredible and I will be recommending this stay to everyone !!!!!!

My husband, my sister and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The architecture is striking and the interior is attractively and comfortably furnished. We loved the view of Smith Rock State Park as it is one of our favorite places for hiking in central Oregon and we find the scenery in this area breathtaking. The hosts have thought of everything one might need for an effortless stay here, and our communication with them was easy. Highly recommended.

What a cute little place! Bigger/more spacious than anticipated with the cutest touches to make it feel so homey.
Loved you could tell they put money into certain aspects like the large security fence that made us feel safe and have privacy as well as the updated bathroom and kitchen.
Their communication was wonderful and they provided a lot of amenities and helpful information if you weren’t familiar with the area.
Our stay was very brief so we did not get to enjoy the house as much as we would like to have, but will definitely be booking again in the future!

This is a super cute studio in a great part of town! We especially loved the fact that Ryan & Katie only use unscented detergent and cleaning supplies! We hope to check out one of their other Airbnb rentals in the future! Thank you!

our family of 6 (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) had a great stay at ryan and katie’s over thanksgiving weekend. the house was open and spacious, and provided a great gathering space for our extended family in bend to come hang out. the sauna was a big hit for all. great location walkable to drake park, columbia park, and downtown.

I loved this space and my time here. It felt peaceful and private and you can tell the owners pay attention to every last detail. The decor was great - I loved all the plants - and it was equipped with everything I needed for my stay (I especially appreciate how well stocked the kitchenette was). The location was great - a block to the river and a short walk downtown. I was happy to meet Ryan and he gave me some great recommendations that made my stay better. I definitely would stay here again.
